Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
A: Orders received by 11:00 a.m. (CDT), Tuesday-Friday, Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days, unless noted otherwise. If a product is out of stock or there are any unexpected delays in shipping we will notify the customer immediately.
Note: We will not be liable for delays in shipping caused by external causes (i.e. natural disasters, acts of terrorism, traffic accidents, etc.) or delays caused by the shipper (FedEx, UPS or USPS).
To insure receipt of your order, all purchases over $100 require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise noted in comments section of the checkout page.
Q: WHICH CARRIER WILL YOU USE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
A: We typically ship flat rate via USPS for domestic orders. We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
Q: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING & HANDLING?
A: Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $9.95.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: No, not at this time
Q: CAN I HAVE A PACKAGE SHIPPED TO ME WITHOUT A SIGNATURE?
A: Signature confirmation is required for all shipments over $100. If you would like to have a package shipped without signature confirmation, please specify that in the notes section. If you do decide to waive signature confirmation, your order will not be refundable due to damage via shipment or theft.
Once received, please check your package for any shipping damage. We are not financially responsible for damage resulting from mishandling by shipper or carrier. All damage claims should be submitted to customer service within 5 days of receipt since USPS will not honor any claims for shipping damage unless submitted within that time frame. Q: HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
A: We accept MasterCard, Discover, and Visa.
Sorry, no cash, checks, travelers checks, money orders, COD’s, or other credit cards are accepted at this time.
Q: HOW DO I ORDER SOMETHING THAT’S NOT AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE?
A: If an item is out of stock and you would like to add them to your order, please do the following:

a. The quantity you wish to purchase
b. The full item name you wish to add to the order
c. The color of the item (if applicable)
(i.e. 1 eyeshadow pan in Call Me Butter, 4 mineral illuminator sticks in Peach, 2 duo color correctors)
Q: IS THERE SALES TAX ADDED TO MY ORDER?
A: Sales tax is applied only to orders which originate in Texas.
The tax rate is 8.25% which is the current rate.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: Randee Strand Artistry does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
To serve you better, randeestrandcosmetics.com will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
For your own security, you wont be able to submit an order if the billing address, credit card expiration date, and security code doesn’t match your credit card statement.
Randeestrandcosmetics.com requires you to enter the correct security code with every purchase. We will not remember your security code.
We accept U.S. based credit cards only.
We do not ship to a Post Office Box, freight forwarder, or an address outside of the U.S.
The order must originate from a US IP address.

When you place an order via phone, the shipping costs and delivery schedule are the same as our online shipping costs and delivery schedule. If you are having trouble placing your order on our website, please feel free to place a telephone order.
